# Terms of Use By accessing or using emPowerMaps (“Platform”), including creating, modifying, or accessing PowerMaps, or utilizing any related services provided by emPowerMaps, you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and emPowerMaps, LLC (“emPowerMaps,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). If You do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. #### 1. **Account Registration and Access** To use certain features of the Platform, You must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account. You retain ownership of Your User Content but grant emPowerMaps a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, store, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Platform. * **Data Privacy and Security:** emPowerMaps respects Your privacy and is committed to protecting Your data. We will handle Your data according to Our Privacy Policy.
